JAJANN ARDEN – Keep It Simple:

“I’m a girl of simple tastes,” confides singer-songwriter and Calgarian,
Jann Arden, working in Nashville on her new album out in 2014. “I just give my Dad lottery tickets or those scratch and win things and he’s happy. One Xmas my parents wanted a tractor so I bought it for them. But my Dad couldn’t get the blades attached so he sold it. I bought them Kindles and they didn’t use them so they re-gifted them! I’ll get my Mom anything to do with angels, she loves that and clothes for my dog, Midi. I’d just like ROOTS socks from someone. I just love them.”

CGCHAN HON GOH – Thinking Family:

Former prima ballerina, Chan Hon Goh , Director of The Goh Ballet Academy is producing the 5th season of “The Nutcracker” at The Centre, Vancouver Dec. 14th to Dec.22nd.
“I’ll buy my husband a Sterling silver money clip at Tiffany or a silk tie at Hermes. My seven-year-old son wants an iPad for Xmas (so he’ll stop borrowing mine.) My weaknesses are shoes and handbags by Louis Vuitton and Prada. When I danced with the National Ballet I couldn’t wear high heels because dancers abuse their feet so much- if I did, I was in agony. Now my family takes me shopping- it may not be a surprise but it’s wonderful to choose those shoes!”
